Our family-run farm & farm shop is nestled at the bottom of the Wentwood Forest, Monmouthshire, South Wales.
It's a mixed livestock holding, farmed regeneratively that opens its gates across the year for public events and hands on experiences, including "Meet Our Highland Cows" and our "Mini Farmer Experience".
We're proud to rear delicious, free range, grass fed lamb and outdoor reared pork and have recently launched our farm shop to sell our produce direct.
Rustic, Relaxed and Hosted With Heart - We Welcome You to Our Little Farm
Being a working farm means we cant be open everyday but we do host seasonal events including lambing, a dog show and pumpkin patch. Alongside this, on weekends and during the holidays, we also offer private farm tours, meet and greets with our Highland Cows and a Mini Farmer Experience for you too get "hands on" for a morning!
A Family Farm With a Story to Tell...
Whilst neither of us are from farming families, our passion for the outdoors, livestock and nature has led us to where we are today.
From a little boy Matt has always loved machinery, farm animals and being outside and decided to pursue this. Meanwhile, Laura has always dreamt of having a farm, filled with animals, homegrown produce, flowers and crafts - and here at Lower House Farm, we are now making that into a reality!
